Products and Ordering
The Merci offers a wide range of unique gift items. We have tried to depict all items as accurately as possible but due to differences in computer monitors some colors may vary slightly.
Because many of our gifts are created by artists or come from specialty manufacturers high demand and limited quantities may cause occasional out-of-stocks on certain items. You will be notified within 24 hours with an anticipated delivery date if an item or items are out-of-stock.
The Merci accepts MasterCard, Visa, and American Express through our secure shopping cart. Orders are processed Monday-Friday within 72 hours of receipt and delivered by UPS. Shipment times vary by location, but most orders are delivered within 5 business days of shipping. You will receive an email when the order has been processed and shipped.
Returns and Damaged Goods
If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return unused merchandise within 30 days, accompanied by original receipt. Refund will be promptly credited to the credit card used for original payment once merchandise is received. Shipping is non-refundable.
If an item arrives damaged, keep original box and packing materials and contact us at within 5 days of delivery to initiate return. Please include name and order number in email. Damaged goods will be replaced. If replacement is not available, The Merci will credit the full amount to your credit card.
When returning any item, ship with an insured carrier and obtain a tracking number to confirm receipt. We are not responsible for items damaged in the return process.
