The Merci ships via UPS for delivery within the United States and Canada. Expedited shipping--Overnight and 2nd Day--is available for an additional charge. If you would like to request expedited shipping at this time, please call us at (512) 220-4474 for a quote on the charge for your order.
At this time we are unable to ship internationally.
Ground shipping on orders to addresses within the contiguous United States are shipped at a flat rate according to the chart below.
$8.99 - up to 1 pound
$9.99 - up to 2 pounds
$16.99 - up to 5 pounds
$18.99 - over 5 pounds
Weights noted in item descriptions are for items only and do not take into account packaging,
but we have found that most orders ship for $9.99 or less.
Orders are processed and shipped Monday–Friday within 72 hours of receipt. Once shipped, ground orders usually deliver in 5-7 days.
Shipments to more than one address must be ordered and processed separately.
Because many of our gifts are created by artists, or come from specialty manufacturers, high demand and limited quantities may cause occasional out-of-stocks on certain items. You will be notified within 24 hours with an anticipated delivery date if an item or items are out-of-stock.
Gift-boxing is available for an additional charge as follows: single item $8.95, for each additional item add $4.00. Items will be boxed together or separately at our discretion unless otherwise noted in comments section during checkout (please make reference to item numbers in any notes).
